Overview

We will use the fastest, most economical method, depending on the weight of the order.
In general, this means EMS Priority , USPS, or UPS.
Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed BEFORE it is shipped to allow us time to pick and pack your items.
You will get a tracking number AFTER it is shipped by the carrier.
Due to weight, method of shipment, destination customs. among other things, our checkout does not have expedited shipping enabled.

Free Shipping via EMS

We provide free shipping via EMS on most orders over $120, however some items are extra heavy and may incur additional shipping charges.
We can almost ship to any address in the Continental United States.
We are not currently shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or international addresses.
For those orders less than $120 we offer a flat rate of $15 on most packages.

Brand New

All products from XOTOYS are brand new from our warehouse.
In the event you would like us to open your product box for a craftsmanship inspection or testing electronic components, you may request that by contacting customer service immediately after ordering.
A quality assurance team member will ensure that your product is properly functioning before shipping.

Discreet Packaging

XOTOYS is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours.
We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages.
The only identifying marks are product code*qty, your mailing address and our warehouse address.
The name “XOTOYS” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
