The health and safety of our customers is most important and we do not and will never resell a product.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any products unless the product was not as advertised or defective. No refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Otherwise you’ll have to mail your item back to XOTOYS our warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty
XOTOYS offers a 30 day warranty from date of delivery on any toy that becomes inoperable due to a defect.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
